Also available in Hal Spacejock Omnibus Two, along with books four and six in the series. This is usually the cheapest way to pick up all three novels.
Simon Haynes is the author of eight Hal Spacejock novels for teens/adults, three Hal Junior novels for ages 8-12, the Harriet Walsh series for teens/adults, and over a dozen short stories spanning fantasy, thrillers and hard science fiction. If you're looking for super-heroes with overwhelming powers, this is the wrong author for you, because Simon's work typically features the underdog fighting for survival against powerful opponents.
All Simon's novels are self-contained, with a beginning, a middle and a proper ending. They're not sequels, they don't end on a cliffhanger, and you could start or end your journey with any book in the series. (Some events from earlier books are referenced in later ones, so it makes sense to read them in order, but it's not essential.)

Very Funny Series
This book is on par with the other ones in the series with Hal and Clunk.
The story goes along fine with lots of good jokes and laugghs
I have read all six now and this one had me wetting my pants in laughter from page one to the end!!!!!
One of the funniest of the series so far. Had some classic situations. Enjoyed it and recommend it. Look forward to the next installment.

I have read Simon Haynes' Spacejock series several times . . . what a hoot! Every novel of Simon's is worth waiting for -- his story telling art reminds me of the best of Twain, Stevenson, et al. The only reason he only gets five stars is because that's the limit.
If you think you would be on the edge of your seat (slightly off rocker) careening down a mountain side, then you're in for a wild reading ride. But beware . . . the Haynes' legacy could give rise to a Spacejock tradition addiction.
Diverting stories with very little use of foul and blasphmous language. Like the story plots and easy to read format. Very highly recommended author. Look forward to additional stories.
